Terms of Sale

By placing an order through MinSide you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and are at least 18 years of age. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

When you place an order:

• You will receive an order confirmation email summarising the details
• The order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order
• Acceptance occurs when we dispatch the product or activate access to the service
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion

All prices displayed on MinSide are in the currency shown at checkout and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

• Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase
• We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout
• All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment processors
• Your payment information is never stored on our servers
• In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel

You may cancel a digital product order within 14 days of purchase provided you have not yet accessed or downloaded the product, in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.

To request a refund, contact us with your order reference.

Digital products and services are made available immediately upon successful payment unless otherwise stated. Physical goods, where applicable, will be dispatched within the timeframe shown at checkout.

• Access to digital products is tied to your MinSide account
• You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials to retain access
• Delivery timeframes for physical goods are estimates and not guaranteed
• Risk of loss passes to you upon dispatch of physical goods

MinSide strives to maintain accurate stock and availability information, but products and services may occasionally be unavailable due to high demand, technical issues, or discontinuation.

• We will notify you promptly if a product you have ordered is unavailable
• In such cases, you will receive a full refund if payment has been taken
• We reserve the right to discontinue any product or service at any time
• Product descriptions and images are for informational purposes and may vary slightly from the final product

Some MinSide services are offered on a recurring subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

• Subscription fees are billed at the start of each billing period
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• We will provide at least 30 days notice of any price changes to your subscription
• Free trial periods convert automatically to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends

Prices may be subject to applicable value-added tax (VAT), goods and services tax (GST), or other local taxes depending on your location. The applicable tax amount will be shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.

• You are responsible for any import duties or customs fees on physical goods shipped internationally
• Tax rates may change; any changes will be applied to future orders from the effective date
• VAT invoices are available upon request for business customers

To the extent permitted by law, MinSide products and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Nothing in these Terms of Sale affects your statutory consumer rights under applicable Norwegian or EU consumer protection law.

If you have a complaint about a purchase, please contact our support team first. We aim to resolve all disputes within 14 business days.

• Disputes that cannot be resolved directly may be referred to the Norwegian Consumer Council (ForbrukerrÃ¥det)
• EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr
• These Terms of Sale are governed by Norwegian law
